The Head Football Coach is responsible for developing and leading a competitive football program that aligns with the school’s mission and values. The coach will foster student-athlete growth, ensuring success both on and off the field. This individual will oversee all aspects of the football program, including but not limited to strategic planning, coaching, organizing and leading assistant coaches, mentoring player development; and program administration. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who inspires players to high achievement in all facets of their lives through the experience of playing high school football. A coach who builds positive team relationships that extend beyond graduation and can connect with all entities attached to Red Devil Football will be considered a viable candidate.

*Expertise in implementing effective game strategies and fostering player development.
*Head coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
*Possession of a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree and/or a valid Teaching License preferred.
*Ability to adhere to the governing policies of Lowell High School, the IHSAA, the NCC, and Tri-Creek School Corporation.
*Commitment to building and sustaining a comprehensive and successful football program.
*Employed at Lowell High School during the school day, preferred; position to be determined.
